My 3 Day Experience: Pat R.
I recently participated in the LifeApp 3 Day workshop hosted and facilitated by the wonderful team at LifeApp. This workshop was deeply intensive and emotionally taxing. I entered the room without expectation nor any idea where the content would take me, however today I can say my life has once again been changed in a beautifully positive way.
This workshop offered an opportunity to hit reset - to unhitch a wagon full of unnecessary and unrealistic burdens that were reducing my quality of life, to reach down into my very soul and expose those shame driven voices for the irrational liars they are.
This exercise has been critical for my ability to function as a contributing member of society in an authentic and love based way. This workshop saved lives and I mean that literally. There were people in that workshop struggling each day to make it from start to finish yet in that space we created something each human needs to prosper and thrive ... we created hope.
I’ve been profoundly and forever impacted by the content of the workshop. It has been a gift offered to me and so many others. A gift of growth, of community, of love and most importantly of life. Thank you so much for this generous opportunity to show up a boy and leave a man!
