Text messages from LifeApp

LifeApp Inc. sends text messages from (833) 845-5433, only to people who have asked for them.

How you opt in

In your LifeApp account, go to Settings. Add your mobile number and confirm it with the code we text you. Then turn on Text for each kind of message you want to receive. You can turn each one off again at any time. You must be 18 or older.

What we send

A code, when you ask for one to confirm your number or sign in.

One text telling you that texts are on.

A text that a note from your coach or LifeApp’s team is waiting for you in LifeApp.

Announcements about your own place in a LifeApp program.

An occasional text that something new is waiting for you in LifeApp.

Our texts do not include your name or the details of a message.

How often

No more than 2 texts a day, besides codes.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.

Stop, start and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Your consent

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of joining a program, buying anything or using LifeApp. We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
