    You’ll enter into a space where you don’t have to lead, fix, or perform. Through powerful storytelling, reflection, and immersive activities, you’ll meet your coach, partner, and small group—then take your first steps beyond the surface into a weekend unlike any other.

    You’ll begin to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and inner voices that have quietly shaped your life. This is not about analyzing your past—it’s about seeing it clearly so you can move forward powerfully.

  • The 3 Day is not a lecture or seminar—it’s an immersive, hands-on experience designed for deep, lasting change.

  • No. The LifeApp 3 Day is intentionally religion-neutral. That means people of all spiritual (or non-spiritual) backgrounds are welcome—and no one is here to convert, convince, or impose belief systems. While the retreat explores meaning, purpose, and inner alignment, it does so in a way that honors each person’s autonomy, background, and spiritual or non-spiritual lens.

  • Yes. The 3 Day helps you identify the root causes of inner tension—whether emotional overload, unresolved pressure, or unmet needs—and teaches somatic and science-based tools to reset your nervous system. You’ll leave with a calmer body, clearer mind, and real practices you can use to stay grounded in your daily life.

  • Yes. Anxiety often stems from patterns of fear, disconnection, or past experiences your body and brain haven't yet resolved. The 3 Day doesn’t just talk about it—it helps you move through it. Through experiential processes, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration, you’ll experience a tangible shift in how you relate to anxiety—and gain tools to manage it differently.

  • Yes. However the 3 Day is primarily focused on you knowing and growing you. It is a deep dive into your most foundational relationship of all: the one you have with yourself.

    When you learn to love yourself well, you become more capable of loving others. And by self-love, we don’t mean pampering or ego-stroking. We mean treating yourself with the same care, kindness, and intention you’d offer the most important people in your life.

    Instead, this retreat is built on the latest science in relational psychology, trauma recovery, adult development, and nervous system regulation. Every part of the experience is practical, grounded, and designed to help real people make real change—in a way that honors your personal values, whatever your background.

  • No. While grounded in therapeutic science, the LifeApp 3 Day is not therapy—and it’s definitely not group therapy. It’s a psychoeducational, experiential retreat led by trained facilitators, not clinicians. We don’t diagnose, treat, or offer clinical counseling. Instead, we guide you through evidence-based processes that help you understand your patterns, shift your inner state, and build tools for growth, clarity, and connection.
