What we eat changes our thoughts, and our thoughts change what we eat. It’s the crazy cycle many of us experience. In 2015 after almost 70 years battling food addictions, Jim set out on yet another journey in search of success. However, this time things were different. For the first time in his life, Jim is now living happy, thin, and free. More important than losing the weight, Jim’s experience lead to an awareness of how critical brain health is, and why our brains block us from overcoming food addiction. Join us as we explore Jim’s story, and how we can take back control of our brain, and live life like never before.
