"What we eat matters. But what about who we eat with? Over the past week how many meals have you shared with family, in front of a screen, in a car, on the run, with friends, or alone? Healthy meal time rituals help us connect, slow down, be present, engage in meaningful conversation, relieve stress, and grow stronger relationships. The benefits of regularly sharing meal time with family or a close-knit community are significant. So what stops us? This month at LifeApp we want to invite you to experience the lost art of meal time. We’ll provide the food, along with some great ways to make meal time meaningful. You provide the family and friends to share a table."

About Soul

Soul is a monthly event hosted by LifeApp mixing something like a TED talk, a live band, an Oprah interview, and an after-party with some great food – creating an environment where anyone regardless of spiritual belief, cultural background or sexual orientation, is inspired to take action toward personal growth in their relationships at home, work, and in the community.
